Return to IT

The Return to IT Programme is an initiative designed to assist woman across New Zealand who have taken career breaks – whether it be for children, family or any other reason – to return to work in the digital technology sector and was supported by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment.

ICE designed and developed this return to work programme with understanding of how difficult it can be to navigate a return to the workforce after an extended career break, particularly in the technology and ICT sector where skills, knowledge and trends evolve rapidly.

Working with our partners, ICE successfully delivered a leading return to work programme that presents returning career woman with a valuable opportunity to jump back onto the career ladder and be provided the appropriate development opportunities for smooth reintegration back into their career.

The Return it IT programme helped to create a toolkit for organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand to have a road map of insights and strategies to implement returnships.
